Barefoot Properties is owned by Howard Barefoot and managed by Caroline Donald, celebrating its 26th year of service to the Clemson and Central, SC area.
Presently, we have Caroline Donald as our General Manager and Nicole O'Kelley as an Apartment Consultant. We also maintain a full-time staff of carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, and HVAC repairmen. This is to ensure that your maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner.
We maintain peaceful, enjoyable environments within our complexes. Activities that counter those environments are not tolerated. |
